With over 30 years of experience in the areas of marketing, advertising and strategic brand management across many industries in the MENA region, Eddy is the Founder & CEO of Sharper Edge Premium Training.
Served as Managing Director for Leo Burnett Levant and Manning Selvage and Lee Levant, Group CMO for Dubai Holding, The Executive Office of Dubai and Dubai Development and Investment Authority and finally Vice president for HorizonFCB Gulf, delivering award winning performance for those organizations he led.
Being an astute negotiator and an experienced presenter Eddy combines those acquired skills with his corporate experience to transfer knowledge in a practical and hands on way.
Presently based in Beirut, Eddy lived and worked in Dubai, Bahrain and Kuwait.
Tony Ghattas
A telecommunication engineer and a business leader, holding key executive
positions across several services industries, Tony enjoys more than 25 years of
operational, technical and customer service experiences.
In his recent engagement, Tony held the position of Group Chief Operating
Officer at IFP Group, specializing in events, conferences and exhibitions. Prior
to that he was the COO for Comium Group, a holding conglomerate specializing in
the acquisition and operations of GSM Telecommunications networks across the
Middle East and Africa. Before returning to Lebanon, Tony worked with
multinational companies namely Cisco Systems, Drake International, Associated
Press in the Middle East, USA and Canada.
Tony has a Bachelors degree from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada, and an
Executive MBA from the American University of Beirut.
Ben Langelier
Ben arrived in Austria in 1998 as part of a Management team for Banque Nationale de Paris (BNP Paribas). He began his Banking career in 1984 as a dealer in the Canadian financial markets. Over the next 20 years he moved up through the ranks of various banking institutions in Canada and abroad to attain the highest levels of Management, including positions as Member of the Executive Board (Vorstand) and of the Supervisory Board. Ben began actively training and coaching for the Canadian Securities Institute in the 80’s, and has been an “on-the-job” trainer for most of his career.
Since 2005, he has been advising and training managers, in Austria and CEE, in various strategic issues. He is a native speaker in English.
Ben is an active negotiator. He trains, prepares and shadows business people through the final conclusion of their projects, and has on occasion been invited to get directly involved in transactions.
As an ex-banker with experience in capital markets, he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of assets such as non-performing loans, high-yield portfolios or distressed assets.
Dr Schien Ninan

Schien is Training & Creative Director as well as associate of HPS. He founded the presentation agency "NINAN Outstanding Presentations", which was later integrated into HPS. In 2009, he was awarded the "Alumni of the Year" award by his Alma Mater FH Vienna and in 2011 recognized for his "outstanding entrepreneurial achievements" by WU Vienna. As head of his presentation agency and as associate at the Institute for International Business he gained presentation experience in the USA, Canada, China, Brazil, Spain and Vietnam. He has worked with companies such as Porsche, Austrian Lotteries, MAN, HDI Insurance, Boehringer Ingelheim, Three United and Strabag.
As Creative Director he is, together with Anita Dall, responsible for state-of-the-art training quality. Schien primarily uses his presentation know-how for the conception of training programmes and the development of high-end presentations. He conducts the trainings "Better Business Presentations" and "Storypresenting" in German & English.
Anita Dall
MBA in General Management from the Danube University Krems, Degree (Mag.) in Foreign Language Philology (with Teacher Certification), University of Vienna and Universidad Complutense de Madrid
For a number of years, Anita Dall was a teacher and trainer at secondary academic schools and institutes for adult education, among them 1 year at the University of Mississippi, USA, as a guest lecturer. She was Program Officer for the Fulbright Commission in Vienna for 3 years, and then became Head of the Division for Undergraduate Exchange and International Short Programs at the International Office of Vienna University of Economics and Business. As Product & Quality Manager at HPS, Anita is now in charge of HPS portfolio’s didactics. Her experience as presenter and speaker at major events, as well as international experience in Spain, Mexico and Costa Rica complement her combined expertise in pedagogics and business.
As HPS Product and Quality Manager she is, together with Dr. Schien Ninan, responsible for state-of-the-art training quality, and that every feedback from our participants is considered in the training development process. Anita delivers HPS presentation skills trainings in German and English. She contributes her longstanding presentation expertise to "Better Business Presentations", "Besser präsentieren - wirksamer vortragen", "Powertalk" and "Die Rhetorische Kraftkammer®".
